MEITO COLLECTIVE – Return & Exchange Policy

At MEITO COLLECTIVE, every club is individually crafted and inspected with the highest standards of Japanese craftsmanship.
We take great pride in the precision and artistry behind each piece.
However, should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You may return your item within 30 days of receipt.

2. Eligible Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective film intact.
Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-built or made-to-order clubs

Personalized or engraved items

Limited-edition or numbered products
4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will only be issued once the product passes inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition.

5. Refund Scope

Refunds will cover the product price only.
Original shipping fees, duties, or handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
For international payments, please note that exchange rate differences or transaction fees may apply.

7. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items shipped by our team.
